The reason that I invite (foreign) friends to my neighbourhood Noord is Gallery Untitled – which is unexpectedly located in an old school building, in the middle of a small residential area – in the heart of the Liskwartier. But North, East, South, or West… West has the very best; at the small Root Gallery, great ambitions are expressed in contemporary art, and the established Frank Taal Gallery has an impressive portfolio of national and international artists.
