You can dine at the neighbours – De Pit Beach Bar – well-known for its delicious wood-fired pizzas. The fish from Rokerij Hoeks & Heerlijk at the Vluchtenburg exit is also fantastic. The owner is a gardener but has a fish smokehouse in his front garden. However, the best place to end the day is the Pele Surf Shack terrace – watch the beautiful sunset from your front-row seat with a cocktail. Blanket, fire pit, anyone?!
