What do I do when it rains and my children are whining?

We often go to Plaswijckpark. It’s a family theme park with animals, attractions, an indoor playground and you can even swim. But museums are also a good option. The Maritime Museum, for example, has lots of fun things for kids on the rooftop, and De Kunsthal sometimes has special exhibitions for children. Next to the Kunsthal is a museum with stuffed animals... What’s it called again? Oh yeah! Natural History Museum. Very nice!
