Café De Ouwehoer is located at Delistraat 36 C, a pub with the appearance of a brothel with Chesterfield benches and old props from Katendrecht’s prostitution past. The owner is a lovely man, always up for a chat. We often take a walk through the neighbourhood in pyjamas in the evening and drink a Rogge Zuidam gin with him. Sometimes we go home drunk. He also has fantastic cocktails and a wall of dozens of different types of whisky.

I’m not really into tattoos myself, but at Tattoo Bob you can still taste the rough atmosphere of yesteryear. Bistrot du Bac and Matroos en het Meisje also have that harbour vibe.
